The Modern Farmhouse sits on a working organic farm. For their kitchen, the clients wanted a space to accommodate such tasks as cleaning vegetables and preparing large quantities of food. Thus, we created the scullery, the primary prep space.

Modern Farmhouse Inspiration
Our clients wanted their kitchen to bright, warm, and inviting. They chose to do white cabinets with soapstone counter tops. To add warmth, they incorporated brass hardware and lighting to compliment the cabinetry. In the scullery we decided to add some character by using a fun paint color for the cabinets. However, in the wardrobe we wanted the design to have a more elegant look, so we decided to go with a bold black paint color to compliment the gold tones of the hardware that the client chose.
The Challenge
They needed plenty of storage in their kitchen and additionally, the clients had multiple must-have appliances for their day to day on the farm.
The solution
In order to cater to their needs without removing the cabinet space they wanted in their kitchen, we suggested adding a scullery, which is a small kitchen or pantry used for washing dishes and other dirty household work, to their home.
Custom wardrobe
Another dream our clients had for their home was thoughtful closet space. We designed a His and Her closet. However, the 'Her' closet was the star of the show. There needed to be enough space to not only store, but display the stunning collection of high-end fashion accessories our client had collected. So, we got creative and made a beautiful storage solution that also created a retail-like aesthetic.

Master Bathroom
For this master bathroom, our clients wanted enough storage without taking up huge amounts of space. We included enough drawer storage as well as built-ins for books and other display items. We worked with our clients to choose a paint color that adds to the openness of the room, as well as a clean & fresh feeling for the space.
